Post Code of the Natural

Hey Spike,

I have the Code of the Natural e-book and do the exercises every other day, I try to do as many of them as I can. The thing is; when I first started my body felt loose, I had a better posture and sexier walk, which is great, but these new products seem to imply that there is much room for improvement.

Have you, or others, bought any of the other products from Rob, like the 6-week course or the new ones?

All I used was Rob's ebook, and I got the results I needed. I supplemented it by signing up for yoga classes, which I did for about six months. After over two years of doing Code of the Natural Exercises, I still do them about three minutes per day because they are so beneficial.

My initial purpose was to make my body look sexier in the eyes of women. Now I do the exercises to stay healthy, and to look confident in the eyes of my business colleagues.

With that said, I imagine that all of Rob's products are great. He even gives away some free content, i.e., video exercises, in his blog from time-to-time.

I have Rob book and his exercices are very good. I only do the ones for my back daily been doing them for nearly a year and half. I gained more 3 centimeters in height and I rarely have back pains.

Ok so looks like the e-book is probably more than enough. I still might buy the hip-product later on though.

I video taped myself walking today to see how I look, and I noticed my back was very stiff. So I'm working on all the exercises that can loosen my back up, and I'm going to start doing all of them more often.

Spike and Morrison have you guys gotten to the point where you start using weights?

Well I tried the other exercices from his book but they ocupy to much of my time. I mean I already spend an hour doing affirmation then it was like more 30 minutes or so of those exercices. I rather spend that time running. I just focus on my back because I spend like the whole day without sitting. But anyway if you have the time for it, they are very good.

I don't recall what they're all called. I do the tennis ball one once in a while. I do the one where I stretch my chest forward daily (activates the core... incredible). I do the hamstring 'windshield washer' stretches, and finally I do the 'Mr. Burns' back twist. This is what I find my body needs. Also, very important, is proper shoes that do not have too much support as feet need to connect with the ground. Finally, I do a little yoga from time to time.

I'm pretty sure each of us have something that needs improvement as far as body language.. so for anyone who really wants to get it handled get Rob's home study course, It's totally worth it! For example, I did all the exercises in his ebook to straighten up my posture but there was still something missing, its not until I got the course that I got one exercise that made the difference, I was so happy:D Of course you have to willing to go through it all:) Just a tip.

Like I said everyone's body is different so It might not have the same effect on you. Also it's kinda hard to explain so I found this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SxQkVD0UQNg&feature=related. (you will need a foam roller)

It's similar to this but instead you start on your lower back and work your way up staying in places where you have a lot of tension,, for about 10-30sec. I did this almost everyday for about a month and now I do it occasionally and as a resutl I have no tension in my back, and I stand up straight, I would have to force this otherwise.
