do you drink coffee at all? if so how much... didnt see reference to this in the health section... think this is okay and would be good for energy especially if done before workout.. let me know

I enjoy coffee... Drink at least one cup per day followed by a cup of water. I use a little stevia to sweeten the coffee. Sometimes I drink half coffee half hot water mixed.

Cofee is good without sugar, I need to get my hands on this stevia stuff ,it's 10$ and will last you a while , since I see the packet at the super market. yes cofee is excellent before a workout , one of my mentors a famous natural bodybuilder drinks cofee before working out , it gives him energy for his intense workout.

I love coffee I drink it four times a day, I guess I'm not a great example since I drink it to much. I always drink it without sugar.

Lol, no man... but I think I know what your talking about, the coffee beans are shitted by cats.

The main ingredient for this is a mushroom called "ganoderma," with many health benefits, you can look it up.

Absolutely mate....

Dorian Yates, 6 time MR. Olympia used to have coffee before every workout. It won't help you get jacked up, but will help you burn fat and fuel your workouts. (Just don't add sugar because you don't want an insulin spike before workout, lowers growth hormone).

Another thing, don't overdo it(like drinking coffee 3 times a day all year long) because if your body gets used to it, the effects wear off. Take a week off, if you feel that way.
