i posted this on cory's forum... now posting it here... great tip for losing body fat and getting lean:

drink one cup of coffee about 10-15min before doing this...

do higher intensity cardio ... for 15-20min... to do this do the following:
on treadmill... do a speed that you can do for 60 seconds... e.g. 7.5 mph on treadmill... do this for 60 seconds then rest for 60seconds by walking at 2 or 3mph... then repeat but this time move it to 8.0mph... and then do this about 5 to 6 times increasing speed each time... do this for 15-20min including a 2-3 min warm up period...

then after this... wait 5minutes... then do lower intensity cardio... this can be anything low intensity, e.g walking on treadmill, elliptical, bike, do this for about 20-25min...

this is what happens... by drinking caffeine then doing the higher intensity trng... you are releasing fatty acids in your fat cells to your blood stream to be used as energy... once this is done... doing the low intensity cardio then burns these fatty acids thus making you super lean... the caffeine helps to expedite releasing the fatty acids from your fat cells... this absolutely the most effective way to combine the 2 styles for cardio for best results... let me know how this works for you... i also have an awesome tip on gaining strength for definition which i will share w/ you next time... cheers
