Hey Spike ,

After following tips in your ebook regarding posture improvement, this is the posture I come to have http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xrhp31hvObY , check 8 :02 minutes of the video , the actor is denzel washington , i have very similar posture to his , I transitioned from slouchy guy wallk around to confident male walk , do you think this posture is good? when i walk in any venue i feel i have my own swaggger , and people including beautiful woman pick up on it.

That's great! The key is to have perfect posture with completely relaxed muscles, and doing so sub-consciously, but at the same time having some self-awareness.

hey guys, where in spike's ebook are there tips regarding posture improvement? I only see where Spike talks about Rob's code of the natural which seems to address posture... thanks..mike

I think for everyone it's different, what might work for me might not work for you , you gotta experiement and see what exercises works for you and follow your inutition . Personally for my posture to be perfect I had to spend 20 minutes in front of the mirror along with doing the code of natural exercises , I shit you not each time I do mirror affirmations my posture automatically changes , it's super powerful .

In spike's ebook it says do code of natural but the specific exercises I picked from rob's ebook is what changed my posture
