Post My new health eating habits

I used lot of energy to figure out how to eat some what healthy and cheaply. I have issues with money so I have to save it. That's why I am not able to use so much money in food but I try me best to eat healthy. Here's my diet:

1) Frozen vegetables. There are carrot, peas, cauliflower, green bean. (No added sugar only those vegetables, hashed, no preservatives. Costs something less than buck .

2) Lot of eggs. They are the best "meat" because you will get lot of vitamins, necessary amino acids and ten eggs costs something like 1.8 bucks.

3) Chicken or beef. Well beef is cheaper it lasts two days. I eat chickens in one day.

4) Himalayan Rock Salt. Lot of good minerals and so on. Regular, processed salt sucks.

5) Brown pasta. It is so cheap!

6) Pasteurized milk.

And when I get my money issues solved I will buy lot of fruits. I will buy a blender. Then I just throw all fruits into blender and I will get good juice!

By the way? I use tomato ketchup but it contains sugar. What is good sauce to replace it?

Hey Aschenisto, you're totally on the right track. I too ran into the same Ketchup dilemma, so chose to consider Ketchup as being part of the "1% of unhealthy" food that I allow into my diet.

By the way, add having as much money as you want to your list of affirmations. The world has enough money for all of us. All we need to do to get money is to provide helpful service to others in one way or another.

I think you are going on correct way for healthy life. If you really want to stay healthy forever then don't remove your good habits ....

You can add rice, beans they are rich in proteins and pretty cheap. If you check the nutrition circle and the percentaGe of each type of food you should consume you can Get pretty Good idea how to eat healty.
