hey guys,

what do yall think of the following diet?

1 shake - 300 calories for breakfast
1 shake - 300 calories for lunch

1 pc of fruit for snack

chicken - white... with broccoli cabbage and soup stock (all natural) with maybe a few crackers...
maybe more vegetables... for dinner

also will be doing workout... cardio/weights... what do you guys think of this... been doing it and wanted ur input...

It's great that you're paying attention to your diet.

Can't comment about the shakes because I don't know what's in them. The fact that you mention calories is a concern. When you eat whole, natural foods, your body will tell you when you're full. There is no need to limit calories or to count them.

Fruit is good.

Regarding chicken, white meat is good for people who's genetics make them more of a vegetable person. Dark meat would be better for people who's natural genetics make them a meat person. Without knowing more about your natural genetics, can't comment on the white meat part.

Broccoli and cabbage are good.

Crackers only okay if of the whole grain (e.g., whole wheat) variety.

It's funny how you are the only one intracting with Cory and his student in teleconference calls,I love your questions tho :) . To answer your questions, your diet looks fine. What type of shake you are taking ? is it protien shake, wieght gainer, slim fast.etc ? What type of crackers? only have whole grain.

Yes weight training is excellent with cardio, I personally try to workout 5 times a week with wieghts. The thing about wieght training is 98% of guys do wieght training in bad form including me in the past and I used to bench like 300 pounds 2 years ago when I was 19 but never got the results I was seeking. He is also a natural bodybuilder so you have nothing to fear.

I know man... its really somehting... it seems I am the only person who speaks on these calls... and if I have questions I ask them because I want to pick Cory's brain and others... also, I really benefit a lot from the answers I get from Cory on stuff... its pretty awesome... btw the shake is myoplex... original 42 g of protein 20g of carbs... its pretty filling ... then I take fish oil capsules usually 1 or 2 a day... this is a pretty rigid diet... i think once I am done with this and this is only tobe done for a short period... maybe no more than 2 weeks... i am going back to eating all natural foods... eating more vegs and chicken... maybe just one shake a day... but only eating 3 meals... I have seen results in the short time i have done it so will continue to keep on.... swappa ... have you noticed any difference in listening to Cory's affirmations on tape/mp3? i really have and am continuing to do it... what do you think about it? thx dude

I don't liesten to affirmation on tape , it doesnt help me at all but I know this one guy who is having great sucess what he does is he records his affirmations at night then goes to sleep, that works for him. You have to really experiement and see what works for you. In my opnion the best time to do affirmations is first thing in the morning, I do all four exercises including mirror , written , graditude and visualization in the morning. Do the affirmations in the morning which assures that I am not in my head through the day and I am sexually clear through out the day . Make affirmations part of your morning sucess ritual, your mind is fresh in the morning meaning there more chance of affirmation being internalized quickly.

Yes Protien shake are great after a workout, but dont use them as crutch and subsitute them for healthy food. Have a solid diet of protien, carbs and fats then use protien supplements as an add-ons.
