Hey Spike

I have a quick question regarding sleep, i never actually heard you mention about sleep . What your recommendation on the hours of sleep that one should get and is there a bedtime you recommend guys, i know going clubbing can actually ruin your sleep, how do you deal with getting adequate sleep?

When I go to a club I only sleep like 4-6 hours but always try to sleep abd with a one night stand I wont sleep at all lol. Sure I feel the effects when I go working on the other day but fuck it I wont last forever.

Hey Swappa... sorry it took me a while to reply (been very busy lately)...

Sleep is very important to perform at peak performance. Ideally we should wake up without need for an alarm clock. Best approach is go to bed and get up the same time 7 days per week. Clubbing presents a challenge, which is why I limited it to one or two days per week. Missed sleep can be made up for with naps... for example, I would take a 30 minute nap before going clubbing, plus sleep in an extra 30 minutes the next morning... and that helped balance things out. Speaking of which, it's now past my bedtime so need to get some sleep. Later.
