The guy actually looks quite comfortable with girls (see girl #777). Also, notice some of the girls making eye contact with him and kissing him.

Wonder what he must have affirmed beforehand: "I will touch the boobs of 1000 cute girls in public." This proves anything can happen :)

Yes it happened to me many times. They LOVE it as long as she can pretend that you don't know that she knows you're touching them.

But she must initiate it - not you! You have to position yourself in such a way that draws her to you.
