Hey spike just a quick question regarding advice on what we should focus on after weve done all the background work in your ebook everyday i.e affirmations, heathy eating etc seeing as you were also a student of cory ..im sure your familiar with the extra things he suggest these include: always gazing everywhere you go(awareness) , positioning yourself well , playing the eye game with women, being random and spontaneous with women, making a presence everywhere you go and so on.

my question is to what extent do you feel we consciously focus on these things that make a huge difference. Do you suggest we only mindset work on them and when we are out and about make no conscious focus on anything? or otherwise

Hey Mr. O., the first thing that jumped to my mind after reading your question is to notice your surroundings. For example, when you're out at a store, gaze across the entire store to the walls on the other side. Create the habit of always looking up and around (rather than down on the ground)... this will also help with being in the moment.

The solution that's needed for an immediate problem is often the first thing that comes to mind - that's intuition working... Noticing one's surroundings is an awesome thing to focus on for a while. The benefits include noticing which girls are paying attention to you plus being in the moment.
