I just came back from a two week trip to my hometown in mexico, and I got success stories to share. Btw for anyone who doesn't know where to get started on becoming this "new man", is simply by following these steps:

1. creating a clear mental picture of who you want to be, how you want to act, how others perceive you etc..
2. turn all that into present tense statements..
3. say them with emotion..you can also visualize..
4. ???
5. results/the new you

you can do the same thing with anything else you can imagine.

This is also known as affirmations;) It all starts in your mind. Who you are today is simply a result of your past thinking, if you are not where you want to be simply change your thoughts now.

I know most of us already know this but it bears repetition.
